Students wishing to reserve a regular lesson day and time should commit to a full year of lessons between September 1st  and June 30th.  Please choose a time slot carefully and understand that it will exclusively reserved for your use throughout the school year.

“Shorter term or occasional lessons” can be accommodated during available times or non peak hours by permission only.  Cancellations are not permitted. All lessons are to be paid for “in advance” in order to reserve your day and time.

Refunds and Make-Up Policies

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. I recognize that extenuating circumstances may occasionally  necessitate a cancelled lesson, however, neither refunds nor make-ups will be issued for lessons missed by the student. 

Due to my full family and professional schedule it is not possible for me to guarantee make-up lessons. 

I will do my best to accommodate occasional requests to reschedule provided I have an available opening.

Holidays: Lessons falling on a statutory holiday may be missed by a student and will be made up at the end of term.  

Illness: Students missing lessons due to an extended Illness may have lesson rescheduled only if a doctors note is provided.

Teacher Absence: Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be made up. Should I need to cancel–I will schedule a make-up lesson and offer it at a mutually agreeable time or at the end of the year. (you will not lose the lesson)

Payment options and tuition rates are available upon request.  All tuition payments are non refundable and non transferable.  Sept-June lessons must take place before June 3oth of each year and cannot be transferred to the summer or the following season. Summer lessons may not be transferred to another session.

Lessons may be terminated without refund should the conduct or behaviour of a student or parent becomes disrespectful, disruptive or destructive.

Note to students: Please avoid using scented products products such as cologne or perfume prior to in person studio lessons.
